Tracy Fowler is the Senior Executive Director of Student Services for Chatham County Schools, where she has made a significant impact for over a decade. With 31 years of experience in education, Tracy began her career as a middle school teacher in South Carolina. She joined Chatham County Schools in 2000, gaining a wealth of experience as a school counselor, assistant principal, and principal before assuming her current role.

Tracy holds an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and an M.Ed. in Counseling, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of both the administrative and supportive aspects of student services. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping the division's initiatives and supporting the diverse needs of students across the district.
