Who We Are
The XDS Youth Mental Health Resilience Initiative is led by a volunteer Youth Leadership Board and supported by licensed mental health professionals, behavioral health (OT, social work, counselor) graduate student interns, community artists, and trained volunteers.
All are committed to promote connection and well-being among youth in North Carolina through accessible, affordable, farm- and community-based holistic supports and therapeutic workshops.
