Gretchen Hofing, MPH, RD, LDN, PCC, NBC-HWC (she/her) is a licensed, registered dietitian with expertise in behavior change and community-based health promotion and disease prevention. With a focus of public health and nutrition education program planning, implementation, and evaluation she has served in roles such as educator, grants manager, training coordinator, and subject matter expert, working with communities and individuals across the lifespan. In 2015, she began to add coaching to her nutrition toolbox first as lifestyle coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program, then as a health and wellness coach in an integrative medicine clinic and virtual healthcare platform, and currently as a coach for global clients with an employee assistance program. She is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach.

When it comes to health and well-being, Gretchen thoughtfully connects with individuals and groups as a partner, supporting them in reaching their place of most potential and helping them bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

As a lifelong learner and lover of food, Gretchen has earned a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Food Science and Foods & Nutrition in Business, and a Certificate of Professional Cookery from Kendall College.
